IN JULY:

Make a Splash -- The Library's Summer Fun and Reading Program:

In July the library is hosting an activities and reading program for children who will be entering grades grades K - 5 in the fall. The theme of this summer's program is WATER. Each Thursday children will enjoy activities relating to various aspects of water. They are encouraged to set a reading goal and to keep a log of books they read during the month. The program winds up with a "beach party" for children and their families on July 29th.

Youth Services Librarian Nancy Munno shares a book with children during the first session of the program.
